Instructions to delete an active account
Teachers and Partners
If you have a Teacher or Partner accounts you have to send an email to contact@pristalica.com with the subject [Delete teacher/Partner account request], this two account modes are only created vía email request and have an approval process.
Users
If you have a User account, you can delete your account:
- From your “My account” page, there is a link at the bottom with the text “Delete Account”, click it and confirm the popup dialog.
- From Android Application, go to “My account” at the side menu and press “Delete Account” and confirm the popup dialog.
After the user deletion, all your comments, favourite list, and account and related data will be deleted from our systems.
